MICHAEL BLACKBURN is a poet, writer and lecturer, and Fellow of the Royal Society of the Arts.

He is founder editor of Sunk Island Publishing, a former Literature Development Worker, festival director, Royal Literary Fund Fellow and freelance workshop tutor.

His poems have appeared in numerous publications, including Being Alive (Bloodaxe), The Forward Book of Poetry, The Independent, etc, and he also writes for The Fortnightly Review.
