PORTRAIT OF THE ARTIST AS A CYBORG - THE FILM?
Rumours are rife in Los Angeles and London that Werner Herzog is busy working on a screenplay with The Artist to produce a feature-length film of Portrait Of The Artist As A Cyborg.
It has been suggested that both Julie Christie and Nathalie Baye are being considered for parts, but neither actress has commented publicly.
Mention of Baye revives older rumours of an affair with The Artist in the late 1970s.
