Among the hundreds of artworks lost in the fire at the Momart warehouse in East London were pieces by Portrait Of the Artist As A Cyborg, most notably 100 SUSPIRATIONS, which consisted of 100 jamjars filled with the poet's breath and sealed tight with superglue. A selection of the Artist's trademark 'Broken Books' also perished. Portrait Of the Artist As A Cyborg, who lives in Lincolnshire, has so far refused to comment on the loss.
